हम चाहते हैं कि हमारे बच्चे बड़े सपने देखें, अपनी पहचान बनाएँ, अपने फैसले लें और ऊँची उड़ान भरें। लेकिन जब वे अपनी पसंद का career, relationship, lifestyle, beliefs या life choices चुनते हैं, तो क्या हम सच में उनकी आज़ादी स्वीकार कर पाते हैं? हम उड़ान तो चाहते हैं… पर डोर छोड़ने से डरते हैं। शायद सवाल यह नहीं कि Gen Z कितनी आज़ादी चाहती है। सवाल यह है कि हम उन्हें कितनी आज़ादी देने के लिए तैयार हैं?
